Before starting treatment, my teeth were significantly overcrowded and misaligned, so much so that I genuinely believed nothing could be done. I spent a long time researching different practices before finding Dr Panesar, I was 30 when I approached Birmingham Orthodontics and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My dental issues had a huge impact on my daily life. I would speak covering my mouth or mumble, and I was constantly asked to repeat myself. I avoided photographs, even with my own children, and I couldn’t imagine a future that included things like a career, marriage, or feeling confident in myself. It may sound dramatic, but my self-esteem was affected that deeply. From my very first visit to Birmingham Orthodontics, I felt reassured. I was nervous walking in, but Dr Panesar and Harvy were warm, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. They explained the different treatment options thoroughly, and for the first time I felt hopeful. When my treatment began, I quickly realised I wished I had done it years earlier. Dr Panesar is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly an expert in his field. Throughout the whole process, I felt completely supported and cared for. I can now smile confidently, something I never thought would be possible. I used to joke with Dr Panesar that I didn’t know how to smile because it felt so unnatural to me. Four years after starting my treatment, I was able to smile proudly at my university graduation and I truly believe that Dr Panesar and the team are a significant part of this achievement. I cannot thank Dr Panesar and the team enough. My treatment didn’t just transform my teeth, it genuinely transformed my life.

We had a wonderful experience with this orthodontic practice while my son was under their care. The whole team was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and they made him feel comfortable and confident at every visit. Everything was explained clearly, appointments were well organised, and the results speak for themselves. Amazing Orthodontist and Team I’ve been with Birmingham Orthodontics for several years, and I can honestly say they have been incredible from start to finish. Dr Panesar and Harvey have shown so much patience and understanding, especially with me and my personal circumstances over the years. Because of those circumstances, my braces journey had to change significantly, but Dr Panesar was always supportive and reassuring throughout. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel welcome each time I visit the clinic. I’m genuinely so happy with my results as my teeth were once very crowded with a severe overbite, and the transformation has been amazing. I’m very grateful for all the care, effort, and patience that was shown to me. I’m honestly sad that this journey has come to an end, but I couldn’t recommend Birmingham Orthodontics highly enough.
