Isaiah and his partner (so sorry I can’t remember his name) did a fantastic job. Our hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They were able to come out same day to replace the water heater. They were on time and efficient. They were courteous and cleaned up the floors after they were done as well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and their professionalism. I will certainly use them for future plumbing needs.

Had grayson, from frusco plumbing come out to my home for an inspection and pricing on a part that was needed for my boiler he gave the the pricing and was willing to work with me on pricing a bit. I called and he showed up not to long after my initial call to frusco main office. He checked things out and notified me that the part isn't a stock item the lead time for me to get it was a week out (at least), so we discussed different options, and he suggested a brand new boiler, something better suited for my home. My original boiler is a little to big for the home from what he told me and is nearing the end of its life as well. Grayson was very down to earth, easy to talk to and very accommodating and respectful. This guy gets an a+ from me. We will most likely be going with a new boiler. I just have to weigh out the options with our home warranty service. I will be calling back and getting the work done as soon as we get the logistics figured out. I appreciate the time grayson took with me today (1/14/26). Ty! Update 1/17/26 After talking with bill jr about the labor price for swapping out the gas valve, that I was able to find within a day (not a week, as I was initially told, which had me freaking out), we came to an agreement to get this swapped out for now and not worry about replacing the whole boiler. As I was waiting for the new gas valve to arrive Friday morning, I took the liberty to wire wheel the flute tubes in the boiler and get the rust scale off them, and also did the same for the interior cover and ceramic painted it also, since I had time to waste waiting for the part to arrive. ...fast forward slightly to Today (1/17/26).., The technician, John, (I didn't catch his last name because I wasn't told), came out to my home shortly after I got a call from their dispatcher. John came in, and got right to work, replacing the valve for me. He then flipped the main switch for the boiler power and turned the gas on for it. After a minute or so the boiler started up. We checked for gas leaks with my new detector that I bought, since he didn't bring his with him inside my house. We found no leaks that we could see. Overall I'm glad this is done. Am I happy with the price I had to pay, not really. I still think what we agreed on was still steep for just 20-25 minutes of actual.work, to be honest I think they would gain more trust and have a better outcome if they based jobs like what I needed done by the hour. He would gain more customers if he did so, in my opinion. I get it with the whole experience aspect of it and all, and the severity of the equipment being worked on, but still, for what needed to be done for my situation, bill me for the hour, plus one, to cover the experience aspect of the job. (Would be nice if I got a little bit of a kick back price wise, since the tech needed to use two of my tool, if we are being accurate about it all), but I digress ...Just my .02. but yes, the job is complete. No leaks. Heat is on finally once again. Thank you and I hope bill takes this very respectful constructive criticism/advice for future jobs he handles with customers. I'm sure in the long run, he will end up being swamped with work more so than he is now, but using a better method of pricing labor charges, through word of mouth and a difference in reviews also. I appreciate you working with me though. Thank you.

Grayson has provided excellent and was very informative on resolving my oil burner issue. He is respectful, and helpful. Update: Mark, Greyson, and John. B has been very supportive and helpful folks. They attend to my heater issues and resolved it. I will definitely would reach out to any them for any issues arises. Update: My oil burner is still having issue from the pressure relief valve behind the oil burner. I am disappointed with the service, because my family and I are very concern about the water bill that will come later. The oil burner has not been resolved as I had spent over 2 thousand dollars. This has been very distressful services as I don't have time to be at home due to language barrier and i worked throughout the days. Including, I've been told by the technician as i would need a replacement for my entire boiler. Does this mean I would have to spend more on the issue that could possibly not be resolved.

I was relieved to have Luis come back to repair my boiler and a radium one of my bedrooms. Initially Luis came but we had to reschedule so it was nice considering he already knew what needed to be done. I never had a boiler in my previous home and Luis was thorough in explaining to me the required maintenance along with bringing my attention to anything while making the replacements and repairs. I have been a customer since 2019 and once again it been a pleasure to meet another tech knowledgeable of their job and able to help understand as a homeowner.

My water heater went out last night and as you can see in the picture there was water already forming at the bottom. This would’ve been a disaster if it had gone on for longer but lucky I caught it in time. The bad part was that it’s 20 degrees out so I needed hot water right away. I was recommended by a friend to call Bill Frusco and was so glad I did. I called the next morning and Molly was so helpful in getting me a price (which I thought was very fair) and appointment for same day. Jack the technician came out later in the afternoon and was able to complete install in less than 2 hours. He was very nice and professional. Thank you to the Bill Frusco team for being so fast and efficient!
