Better Way Moving and Storage

Recently - I made a move from Nampa, Idaho to Clearwater, Florida! That in itself is not remarkable! But, I am 83 years old and had no family locally to help with this move! My friend Adel recommended Better Way to me! It was a perfect solution!! Michelle came to my home and heard what I needed and sent me a proposal (which was within dollars of the final bill)!! Her team arrived and took care of everything! I have lots of artwork that is precious to me! Not one thing was damaged! I had lots to move and a small space to fit everything.They worked magic with the packing!! When my things were in the container, the team took the items I wanted to donate and handled that! They disposed of all things for the trash and tidied my apartment! It was a most remarkable experience! Thank you Better Way!!!

The three ladies who showed up right on time were efficient, friendly, and made sure to instruct the other moving folks on what was to stay or go. Throughout the clean-out, they were also sensitive to what my mom might have liked to hold onto, even though I thought I had caught everything aside from paperwork with sensitive info like acct nos. Albert and his team were amazing. We are repeat customers because he does a great job not only on the basics (tag, pack, move, unpack, auction/sell) but also on the soft skills. He and his team were fantastic with my 87 year old mom - they listened to her, were super careful packing everything up, unpacked slowly so she could see where everything was being placed and were just very gentle and understanding of the needs of an elder that is transitioning into assisted living. He understands the stress involved, and adjusts to make sure everyone is comfortable. His team packed everything up, delivered and unpacked everything in record time - ensuring that mom was comfortable along the way. Highly recommend Albert and Better Way!

Albert Dickson and his crew were punctual, friendly, efficient yet careful as they sorted 60+ years of accumulation. It was an overwhelming task that they completed in a day & one half.
