I highly recommend this real estate organization. I worked with Joe and Kelly. They both were outstanding. They supported me and my husband through the process of selling my rental house. They were always available. They contacted as soon as they had offers and made suggestions about what to think about and how to proceed. They helped us through the inspection process and worked with us when we had to wait for contractors to complete work on the house causing the offer to be extended. They throughly explained the new laws about broker payment. We had another broker just skip over the new information and told us to "just sign the paper". We found this disturbing so we looked for another broker. We were so lucky to find Joe and Kelly. They were always upbeat and wonderful to deal with.
