I had a great experience with this company and especially with Jeremy for my initial visit. He is one of the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable HVAC technicians I’ve had the pleasure of working with. What really stood out to me was how willing he was to teach and explain things along the way instead of just rushing through the job. Jeremy took the time to answer questions, walk through the process, and make sure everything was understood. That level of professionalism and patience is rare and makes a big difference, especially for someone who wants to learn more about HVAC systems. You can tell he truly cares about the work he does and about helping others understand the trade. If you get the chance to work with Jeremy, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend this company! Luis came 2 days later to install my new coils for my HVAC unit and was also extremely professional and efficient. He diligently worked on my unit, checked my thermostat and confirmed the temperature read in all rooms afterwards. I LOVE the team at BEST Air.... and will refer anyone locally that I know to them. The service representative, Jeremy Rojas was friendly, prompt, respectful of our house and time, and very knowledgeable. He gave us a no B.S. inspection and addressed our concerns with no up selling. He took detailed pictures and explained all the systems in detail. Everything was easy, from scheduling, getting a quick appointment within a day, calling when he was on the way, and checking to make sure he had the right parts before arriving, made the usually painful experience with AC repair an easy and positive experience. I would 100% recommend BEST Air-conditioning and plumbing and definitely will call them again next time due to the positive experience with the technician, Jeremy!

BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair has always been so friendly and reliable, with the most affordable pricing. They had previously replaced our water heater a while back, and Zach did such a great job that we had to go to them for our dripping bathtub spout. Tyler was super informative and thorough during the initial inspection, offering to check our other bathrooms to ensure that there aren't any parts that can potentially cause major damage to the house since it's over 30 years old. They were able to schedule their team to come the next day to complete the job. Patrick was very knowledgable and did such an amazing job replacing our bathtub valve, the hardware, and sink faucet. It was long overdue, and we love how it turned out. Thank you all so much! Such a great company with great professionals that put their clients first. Highly recommended.
