Great place! My 11 year old is very comfortable during her appointments. Grateful for Dr Lukens and her team.

I like Dr Hardy as a person but unfortunately my personal experience was really negative. I was told the issues I wanted fixed with my teeth could be fixed with Invisalign. In my opinion there was a point where it was clearly not working, but I kept being told 6 more months. Then after ~4 years it was suggested I get braces instead. As an adult professional this felt horrifying to hear. At this point I consulted 7 other orthodontists for a second opinion and all told me that, based on their assessment, Invisalign would not have been an appropriate option for the treatment goals I was seeing Dr Hardy for. At this point I discontinued services. Dr Hardy did refund my money and handled it very professionally. Like I said I like him, just in my opinion he was not the right fit for my complicated adult case. I'm now finishing up orthodontics with another provider and have been in orthodontics for 5+ years in total as a result of all of this. From what I remember, the initial timeframe was supposed to be 2-3 years. Also like others mentioned, I felt appointment scheduling was difficult and often attachments would fall off and I was unable to get an appointment to fix them for days. Also to me it also seemed like there was pretty regular staff turnover like others have mentioned. This was just my experience and I discontinued services in 2024 so things could have changed since then.

I’ve had such a great experience at Belmar Ortho, and I really want to highlight Brenda. She is always so nice, patient and incredibly helpful. Every time I come in, she makes the whole process easier and always treats me with kindness.

When we first started treatment here about a year ago, the service was excellent. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always remembered their patients’ faces, which made every visit pleasant. Unfortunately, with the recent change in staff, the quality of service has gone down significantly. There have been multiple instances where issues on their end have delayed treatment, causing unnecessary extra trips to the office. This has led to missed school days and work, which is frustrating when the delays are no fault of ours. Reaching the office has also become difficult. Calls often go unanswered, and even when a message is left, no one returns the call. This forces us to call back the following day just to get a response. I want to emphasize that the service used to be great and the staff truly stood out in a positive way. Sadly, the current level of service is disappointing, and unless things improve, I cannot recommend this office at this time.

This place is great if your looking for fast easy quality care, the staff is very friendly and helpful they answered my many many questions and provided an excellent experience for the 3 years I had my braces, Anna at the front counter was always awesome and willing to work with my schedule and Dr Randall always made sure everything was running smooth and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this place I was very satisfied with the service! 10 out of 10!!
