We've been using Belle Property for a few years now as our property manager. Lauren and Maddy have been fantastic. Super responsive, right across the details and really looking after the property balancing the needs of the tenant and landlord with care. Highly recommend.

I was excited about buying my first house and submitted a strong offer at the top of the announced range, only to face unexpected pressure for a higher bid after signing the contract. The need to "formalise" the offer on a 416-page document necessitated a costly conveyancer review, which revealed an actual owner corporate fee over twice the announced amount. While the agent was responsive, this left me frustrated and out of pocket with a cost that could be avoided if the agent thought more about the both sides of the negotiation. Belle Property could improve transparency on pre-exchange risks and cares about buyers as much as it looks to care about sellers.

We had a fantastic experience with Amanda from Belle Property. She is incredibly detail oriented, warm, and genuinely friendly, and she really knows her way around the Richmond rental market. What truly set her apart was her care and attention. She even took the time to dust down a fireplace that our cleaners had missed before an inspection. I honestly cannot think of another real estate agent who would go that extra mile. Highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a property manager who takes pride in what she does and always with a smile.

I've been working with Belle Property for 4 years as a tenant. Never once throughout that time - no matter who would assigned as my Property Manager, have I ever for any time expereinced any problems. They've always been very attentive, friendly, helpful with any communication that would ever arise. Myself have never had any rental issues, maintenance needs] etc. But I know that they would be directly available anytime needed. They've also given me great references if I've needed them, as they've noticed directly that I have kept the property in exact the same condition as to when I moved in. Highly recommended!!!

Such a straight forward and easy process all thanks to Maddison! She’s very professional, responsive and amazing to deal with. Any maintenance issues were handled quickly and efficiently, and communication was always clear and respectful. I’d highly recommend her to anyone!
