Very pleased & will go back again if needed. Check-in was easy, wait time was acceptable, evaluation was thorough & was very pleased with the providers service. She was very thorough & explained all my options. Highly recommend!

I was quite an experience being able to go and get help immediately and not have to wait that is what I find so promising at your clinic I will tell anyone to go there thank you for your help I'm feeling much better and your prescriptions really help that

Twice, I’ve been there long enough for the person to walk into my exam room and tell me that I should go on to the Emergency Room. Of course they collected $150 each time in order to tell me this. It would be one thing if they AT LEAST served as triage for the ER, but they do not. Because once arriving at the ER you’re starting all over from the beginning. I’m sure they’re good for some things…..maybe? I just know they’ve only been a waste of my money, and a waste of my time. I would recommend skipping them and just going to the ER.

After first when she walked in, I was excited, yay results but then the doctor became very rude. She claimed she told me to say “ahhh” to open my mouth but did not. I was struggling to open my mouth (I was there because my throat hurts to the point I feel like it’s swollen). After I started trying to open wider she says “guess not” puts the otoscope back on the wall and walks out. I tried to tell her I was trying but she continued to leave, then comes back with her stethoscope and acts like she doesn’t want to touch me. She then prescribes me 2 or 3 different medicines after asking me questions the nurse already confirmed. NURSE WAS BOMB 10/10, but the doctor made me feel like she didn’t even read my chart, because she didn’t seem to have knowledge at all of what was wrong with me. After prescribing me a bunch of medicines and mentioning the price. Asks if I had insurance (to afford it) Now I’m home with a 104 fever sweating with a sore throat. Then after dismissing me with a cold flavorless “you’re good to go” and leaving . She goes in the hallway and starts interacting with other patients with a jolly attitude.

The care was professional and timely. I was there with flu symptoms and the room that I was in was quite chilly. So I sat on the stool instead of the chair where the patient usually sits and thats is where the "fan" was blowing. The PCP didnt say anything when she came in but allowed me to stay right where I was and began talking to me about the results and the plan. I appreciated that she adjusted to my needs and she was very nice in her care. She was quite busy that day too and she was the only one working. I would definitely go there again to see APRN Cook. She was great !
