I came in with high expectations and good recommendations but never got anything resolved or my miney back. I retained this firm for bankruptcy representation and paid upfront. I provided all requested documentation in a timely manner. Ultimately, no bankruptcy was filed on my behalf. After waiting a couple of months, I contacted the firm to request a refund since no filing had occurred. I was told they would deduct fees for work performed and return any remaining balance, but I never received a clear breakdown or refund. Given my financial situation and the fact that no filing was completed, this experience was extremely disappointing and added additional stress during an already difficult time. I encourage others to clearly confirm refund policies and document requirements before paying in advance
