If every company was as professional as Ballew Moving the world would be a much better place. We contracted them to unload a very full 15' moving truck into a second story apartment. The communication and scheduling were a breeze. Upon their prompt arrival, Tre and Jalen introduced themselves and got to work. They did not stop working and had it down to a smooth operating machine. They were FANTASTIC! It was such a pleasure from first contact to moving day to deal with this company. Thanks so much!

Best moving experience I've ever had. Mark (the owner) was short of staff the day of my move due to a huge snowstorm that hit Indianapolis. He came over personally to start the move and brought his son with him. Then he brough over 2 more staff once they finished another job. Mark and his staff were so polite and professional. They did the job efficiently and with no complaints even though the windchill was -5 degrees! 10/10, I will definitely be using Ballew for all my future moves in Indianapolis!

I was nervous for our move (an hour and a half drive in December when snow and ice was around us in both locations). The Ballew Moving crew was really gracious about it and went straight to work. They were efficient, organized and worked to quickly load us up. They made sure we didn't leave anything behind that needed to come. They also had a third person come to our first location in order to help move quickly. As we went on our way to the new location, they made good time and got straight to unloading the truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs moving services. They were efficient and kind, and stuck to the initial quote price with no surprise fees or up charges. I've had poor moving experiences in the past where there was damage to the doors and walls, and with Ballew Moving, there were no issues. Even in this weather!

I used Ballew Moving today and was extremely impressed with their professionalism. They handled my belongings with so much care, it really showed that they take pride in their work. Their timing was excellent too. For my quote, I had a three-hour minimum, and the move took around three and a half hours. In that time, they managed to dispose of some items I wanted to get rid of, deliver some items I wanted to donate to Goodwill, and complete the move to my new place. Everything was done neatly and efficiently. I highly recommend Ballew Moving to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and caring movers.

It was obvious by the past reviews how awesome Nilijah and Ballew Movers were viewed by past customers. After this last week I am very glad to say I am a customer of Ballew, they are beyond AWESOME! Pricing was great, but the job they did was amazing. Great communication, on time, team was very caring, respectful, super friendly, and hard workers!
