Overall, a good experience, with good customer service. With any renovation/remodel, there were some unforeseen bumps in the road, but Bailey stepped in to fix and ensure they were putting their best product out there. From a pricing perspective, you're certainly paying for a "white glove" level of service. This WOULD be a 4-star review (price) vs 5-star review if not for our project manager. You want Wes as your project manager - kind, smart, great communicator, on top of every little detail, and just a genuinely good guy. 5 star review for Wes.

Bailey Design + Build just finished a stunning renovation in our St. Matthew’s home. We had an outstanding experience working with them. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. The design team did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. What impressed us the most was their commitment to the timeline. They promised a completion date and actually delivered, which is a rare find in this industry. We also really appreciated that there was always a property manager on-site, ensuring everything was done correctly and to the highest standard. The entire project was smooth, communication was excellent, and the results exceeded our expectations. Baileys is an amazing company. The attention to detail is outstanding. We knew from the first meeting that this was a company we could trust. Having a project manager at our home each day gave us confidence and we saw first hand that they take pride in doing a quality job. Everything they did from meetings to their app kept everyone up to date. I selected Bailey Design Build to complete a total remodel of my primary bathroom. During the planning and design phase I added several other projects for my first floor including hardwood flooring, new fireplace mantle and brick, all updated lighting and new built in bookcases. My old corner bathtub was replaced with a georgious walk in shower. I LOVE walking into my beautiful new bathroom! The remodeling project was first rate and the quality of the workmanship is great. The most impressive part about the Bailey remodeling experience is their people. From start to finish everyone involved was courteous and professional, and made sure all of my needs and concerns were addressed. My project manager, Ian, was fantastic and went out of his way to coordinate the project while I continued to live in my home. Ian and the whole team made this remodeling project a very pleasurable experience! Highly recommend!!!

We recently used Bailey Design + Build to add a backyard living space to our home and we are so in love with the finished product. They are a one stop shop. They worked with us to design the space and handled the entire construction piece. Every team member was easy and wonderful to work with. They took our vision and made it a reality. Their foremen that oversee each project literally hold your hand through the entire process and work their tails off to make sure the build is as easy on the homeowner as possible. We were so grateful to have Tom oversee our project. Home remodeling can be daunting regardless how exciting and he was there through it all to make the ride as smooth as possible. We are so happy we chose Bailey for this project and will definitely use them again in the future.
