AUTO EXPRESS

I am so happy with the work done on my truck. I looked high and low for a place to take it after I hit a couch in the freeway and eventually had a few people recommended Auto Express. I checked them out and decided to go with them and im so glad I did. They did all oem parts as I requested and the paint is flawless. They worked with insurance and tried to make the process as easy as possible. Update: Review reduced to 3/5 stars. The work done on my truck is still great, however, I had asked them repeatedly to provide the end cost of repair so I could submit the diminished value claim with insurance. I was constantly given the run around stating they didnt have it yet. After I called about 3 times I was advised they would provide it to me when they had it and I no longer needed to call. It has been months since this conversation and I haven't heard back.

I went to two other body shops to have my truck bid out. Not only was Auto Express the best price the customer service quality was top notch. Communication and regular updates and scheduling. All around amazing experience. Will definitely use them for any body work needed.

Let's start by acknowledging that I am a woman. I usually dread anything car-related. It’s out of my wheelhouse, and I often walk in feeling like I might get taken advantage of.. NOT THE CASE HERE! Tara, Dave, and the whole team made getting my truck fixed so easy and stress free! I hit a deer and called around to a couple shops to get info and repair time estimates and Auto Express was by far the friendliest, most helpful, and had the fastest repair turn around time, with it only taking 4 days to get my truck looking brand new once it was time to bring it in! They even hand washed it because it was super dirty. Gonna be my go-to body shop for as long as I’m in Boise!
