I would like to thank miss Lekia for everything she did for me. She was very patient with me. She basically held my hand through the whole thing, and I really appreciate that. At no point, did I feel uncomfortable or like she was telling me the wrong information, it was quick, easy and very reliable.

I can’t say enough good things about this tax office! I recently had my yearly taxes completed here, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and even pleasant—which is not something I ever thought I’d say about taxes. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. They asked the right questions, found deductions I didn’t even know I qualified for, and made sure I felt confident about my return. Most importantly, they treated me like a person, not just another file on the desk. The turnaround was quick, the fees were very reasonable, and I walked out feeling completely at ease knowing my taxes were done right. Supporting a local business that genuinely cares about their clients is such a refreshing experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back year after year and recommending them to anyone who wants trustworthy, professional, and friendly tax help.

Marcus is GREAT! We do our personal and business returns through him and he saves us money where we didn’t even know we could save. He’s very good at knowing the all the loopholes! Also we recently just bought a house and Marcus was VERY helpful getting us documents we needed for closing. 110% recommend!

Extremely dishonest and unreliable. They gave me multiple promised completion dates just to secure my business but never followed through. They showed no concern for filing on time and lacked transparency throughout the process. Despite having over two weeks to complete my return, they ignored all my calls and texts. It wasn’t until week three—after the tax deadline had already passed—that they finally sent a vague message saying “give us a call.” By that point, I had already gone to another provider who completed everything in just five days. Because of their delays and lack of communication, I ended up paying a penalty for late filing. I strongly recommend finding a more honest and professional service.

Shoutout to Marcus for hooking a brother up! Super legit and as transparent as my favorite pair of reading glasses when it comes to taxes. A friend referred me to him, and let me tell you, he’s one of the best in the Raleigh district—almost makes tax season feel like a walk in the park! If you need tax help, don’t sleep on Marcus!
