My wife and I have been members for around 2 months now and love it! The environment is great. The community is welcoming and friendly. Mornings are quiet. The equipment is perfect for someone looking for more than big, commercial gyms can provide. All around solid.

I have been training with Adam for almost a year and learning about body building. He is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Adam cares about his clients and helping them to achieve their health goals. ARC is a great gym for those looking to level up. They offer classes, training, and nutrition with awesome equipment you won’t find in large chain gyms. If you are looking for a more personalized experience ARC is for you!

ARC Fitness has been amazing for my fitness journey. The coaches actually pay attention, the workouts are well thought out, and the environment pushes you without feeling overwhelmed. The people are friendly, the space is clean, and everything runs the way a gym should. I’ve seen real progress since joining, and it’s one of the few gyms I’ve been to where I actually look forward to showing up. Highly recommend.

Arc Fitness is hands down one of the best training experiences I’ve had. From day one, the coaches took the time to understand my goals, my limitations, and what actually motivates me, instead of just throwing me into a generic program. The coaching is professional, attentive, and very detail-oriented. Every session feels purposeful—whether it’s improving strength, fixing movement issues, or building consistency. You can tell they genuinely care about long-term results, not just short-term sweat. The atmosphere is supportive without being intimidating, and the community makes it easy to stay accountable. If you’re serious about improving your health, performance, and confidence, Arc Fitness is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with my experience at ARC! I was referred here by a fellow member and loved its convenient location. When I walked in for the first time, I knew ARC was going to be different from my previous gym experiences. This is a professional environment with results from hard work and consistency showing up in every corner of the place. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly understanding and empathetic on my “off” days. They also know exactly how to deliver the tough love when I need that, too. I’ve been a member since February 2025 and have lost 50 pounds in that time, but also gained a community and best of all, self respect. Highly recommend 👍
