Their cancellation request is frustrating. They have an automated message and when you request to cancel you get a cancellation link to email them about it. Hoping to cancel right away that was not the case. A day later my account still got withdrawn which that wasn’t preventable, but not being able to speak to a person is just infuriating. Finally a few days later I get a phone call from Travis. He was able to cancel my membership. In the future it would help to facilitate this process by actually getting someone on the phone.

I usually love this gym. But this extremely loud, extremely bald guy just had a 5 minute phone conversation with his wife on speaker. God's honest. What is wrong with people? Honestly I'm ashamed of myself for posting about it. You see he is one machine away from me. The only instance on which I would do that is if I was the only person in the gym and it was an emergency. And even then I would try to talk softly.

We love the Anytime Fitness Team at the Beaverdale location. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable! I especially love the group training and it feels like a little family! I would recommend the classes to anyone just getting started or those who want to get better!

There are five major points I look for when scouting around for a gym that belongs to a national chain that is independently franchised: Welcoming & Safe Environment, Up to date — in good repair equipment that suits my needs, cleanliness from top to bottom especially the public restrooms and a Team that cares not only about perceptions but the clientele. I travel a lot across the country and do take advantage of my ability to use gym privileges in most cities. I must say the overall young staff is exceptional and consistent at Beaverdale. The Team Regional Manager (Cheyanne) sets the bar high for the staff because she leads by example—just look at how she gets her reps in by cleaning the front window. Beaverdale keep up the good work—thank you for valuing your clients. In addition this facility is in a good location with easy access.
