I stopped in for a brief workout with my brother on a day pass to try the gym out this past week, and had an impressive experience. As a personal trainer, I've been to many gyms so I've got a lot to compare to, and I have to say this place has a very unique, down to earth vibe. Not super busy, good selection of equipment, and the staff is great -- the trainers here all have exercise science backgrounds and are very knowledgeable, but also very personable, which is arguably more important in a trainer. The facility is very clean, small, but not cramped, and is extremely comfortable to work in. They even have some equipment that I don't see often, like a wattbike, hiitbike, jacob's ladder, and a t-bar row. My only small critique is I wish they had more 45 bumper plates for the platform and a heavier leg press, but I don't think this will be an obstacle for 99.9% of gym goers. Highly recommend this facility and their personal trainers.

My family and I checked this club out the day before I had open heart surgery. My husband used this facility twice a day while I was in the hospital. The club was beautiful and clean the equipment was very nice, updated, and well kept. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When my husband and best friend used the facility, they actually met the owner. He was very nice and actually asked about me every day. I look forward to visiting the club again in the future. 💜

Im in town for a week while a family member is in the hospital. This gym is really nice and the owners and staff are really welcoming. The place is clean and the equipment is great. I particularly love the lat pullover machine and wish I had one at my home gym.

Austin is "da Bomb"! Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Equipment is state of the art and the facility is very clean! The Discovery body scan is game changing giving you both your starting point baseline and your progress as you work to achieve specific physiological goals!

My husband and I signed up for a membership a few months ago following our neighbors recommendation. I’ve experienced a lot of gyms, and I got to say this one is the best. My husband loves the unique weight machines and that it’s open 24/7. As a girl in the gym, it’s a very comfortable and friendly environment. It’s also rarely busy! I love that I’ve never had to wait for a machine. If you’re in the area, and looking for a community based gym, I highly recommend touring.
