I am autistic, adhd, and suffer from complex post traumatic stress disorder. Update: After my review the firm contacted me and assured me they only contact back when major events happen in my case. The firm later emailed me and told me that because of their communication styles they can no longer represent me. David mentioned that he had negotiated a plea deal. I chose not to take it. I had also gave the firm access to my medical records and other substantial documents that are crucial to my case. David was assigned to my case. I felt entirely unsupported as it has been a struggle to get in touch with him. After having suicidal ideations, and being hospitalized due to feeling unsupported and dealing with prolonged grief, David contacted me. David agreed to represent me on my court date. After returning to my home, I contacted the firm for updates on my case. I had asked for a return call and even emailed David, to which I did not hear from him again. This is a criminal court case that I paid 5450 to have the support needed for this case. Claire affirmed the reliance of the firm upon my agreement to hiring this. She affirmed that there would be a team working on my case. I can not agree that this firm is as reliable as they say. Th firm gave me a full refund and said I’m sorry you felt unsupported.

James and David went above and beyond for me. I appreciate all they do in Davidson Co. This manner will be confidential but I believe I would highly recommend anyone needing help. James answered the call on a holiday weekend to take the case and without that I don’t know where I would be. I give them 5 stars! If you have any issues in the state of TN they are there to help! They explained everything in detail of the process and worked closely with the DA to get the case taken care of. Without their care and support I might have had a different outcome.
