Gym staff is nice and has a decent mix of people (it’s not a bro gym). Decent equipment but missing abdominal and abduction machines. There are also groups of people doing fentanyl right at the entrance at night which often feels unsafe as a woman going to gym alone in the evenings. I’ve had to wait to exit before because they were blocking the entrance high. Sometimes the gym plays music outside which helps but it’s not a perfect fix. Besides that it’s one of the better and more affordable options in the area and though I haven’t taken classes they offer those. It’s not too hot or cold and doesn’t feel crowded or empty. The convenience of having a 24hr gym is unmatched.

Ampersand Fitness is an awesome gym. The people here are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. One thing I really loved is that I didn’t have to wait at all to use any of the machines or equipment — everything was available and well organized. Great vibe, great community, and a really smooth workout experience. Highly recommend!

Wow! This gym is a gem for sure! Coming up on a out a month of coming here and gotta say that y'all are awesome! For the price u pay, u really get a lot out of it! From the super clean locker rooms that are always stocked with towels, razors, u name it...I'm sure it's there lol; to the very well maintained machines! Y'all ate down! The staff are super chill, specially the 2 night janitors!

This gym is great! I never feel estranged, and all of the staff is really focused on connecting and community. They take the time to get to know you and address your goals. The classes are also really great and intimate. Equipement is always available. Bonus: if you live close it's very walkable! Get some steps in on your way to the gym!

I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year now, and what truly sets it apart is the amazing team that runs it! The equipment is great and has everything you need for a solid workout, but it’s the staff who make the real difference.
