We had an outstanding experience with our afternoon movers and highly recommend them. Wayne and Laquan were professional, efficient, and great to work with. Due to delays from our morning movers (another company) we were running behind schedule. When I contacted dispatch, Randy was understanding and communicative. Although they were already en route and had other jobs scheduled, he assured us they were happy to wait. Randy even followed up to make sure we connected and thanked us for choosing their company. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but Wayne and Laquan immediately got to work and unloaded the U-Haul quickly and efficiently. They handled everything with care and organized our storage unit exactly as requested for easy future access. Their professionalism and flexibility truly stood out. We will absolutely book them again when we move out of storage.

We had a great experience with the American moving & Storage Solutions company. We have had many horrible experiences with other companies recently so this was a relief to deal with a company that is organized, pleasant to deal with and does their work on time. Everything was organized and smooth from start to finish. Todd, the owner was very responsive to my questions and he made me feel secure that I had a good company to work with for our move. The movers that did the move were pleasant, attentive and hard working. We had to do a last minute change of the moving date and they handled that with ease. Their website is easy to navigate and has moving tips and great resources for moving supplies. Glad I chose this company and would definitely use their services again.

The team show up on time and completed the job in my opinion very quickly. They handled my items with care and I found the 2 young men very polite and very well mannered. I highly recommend American Moving and Storage and if I need assistance in the future, they will be the first movers I will considered.

This company was amazing! I had them move my one bedroom apartment into a storage unit and they were on-time, fast, efficient, friendly and just wonderful overall. It took them about 35 minutes to load and about 20 minutes to unload. I called 2 Men and a Truck initially and they quoted me $950 for the same move. I was floored. But then my sister told me about American Moving and Storage and I called them and they were a third of the price. My movers were named Mike and Todd and I gave them a nice tip because they were so awesome. I love these guys and will use them the next time I'm moving. I highly recommend them to everybody.

I cannot recommend American Moving & Storage Solutions enough. The manager Todd was extremely friendly and helpful before, during and after my residential move from Ohio to Illinois. I found the long haul price to be very fair and by using a local company you know exactly who is moving your belongings, unlike the larger moving companies. Having the peace of mind of knowing who was handling my possessions was very important to me. During the move, Mike, Graham and Adam were on time, very efficient, organized and friendly. They were a great crew to work with. While I had already packed my items, they made quick work of loading and unloading the moving truck. In Illinois, they dropped my belongings off at both a residential address and storage unit. I was extremely pleased with the overall service because all my possessions (including fragile items) made it safely to Illinois and on schedule.
