All My Sons Moving & Storage

Ian and Elias were spectacular with our move today. Fast, efficient and very nice! It was my first time using movers today, and I realized that Ive never properly protected my stuff before! I hadn't really planned on the time it would take to wrap and protect all our furniture, so I think that's where some of the reviews are coming from. But I'm so impressed with the care they took with our furniture. They were also really good with working with us to adjust the plan as we went to help us stick to our budget. For a whole month, I've been dreading moving out of a 2nd story apartment and into a 3 story townhouse, and today I got to let someone else do the heavy lifting while I worked on one of the hundreds of other projects associated with buying a new house. We told them we'd see them again to move the beds and dressers back down the stairs when we move out! ;) I'd for sure recommend this company to anyone, just make sure you're setting your expectations correctly, and plan on more time than you think to get things loaded up, then be amazed (as I was) that it is indeed possible to move out without putting a dent in the wall or a scratch on a piece of furniture. It would have taken me so much longer to do a much worse job! Absolutely 5 star service in my book!

We contracted with All My Sons to have four experienced movers come at 8:30 AM to move my household goods to a nearby storage facility. They didn't begin working until 10:30 AM. I had everything boxed and furniture was wrapped and ready to go. They sent three workers, one trainer and two brand new trainees. It took them until 5:30 PM to unload at the storage facility because of the inexperience of the workers. To add to the inefficiency, they didn't even move everything for me and I had to rent a Penske truck and load the rest myself. It cost me double what it should have been because of their slow moving workers. When I called management, three people I spoke with all said they didn't have the authority to issue a refund, and the said their superiors had gone home for the day, that I should call again on Monday! Shouldn't they have taken it upon themselves to make sure someone looked into the issue and call me back? I will not recommend them and know that as of this day, the Monday after, no one has contacted me. I believe it was bait and switch, assuring me of experienced movers, but not fulfilling their responsibility.

DO NOT. Save yourself the cost and loss of valuable and memorable possessions. My mom’s crystal wine glasses. So many kitchen things. My nice mirror. Frames. The glass then follows up in my rugs so shard’s of glass are falling out as I’m unpacking. Took zero consideration of my things, it’s clear they don’t know how to love or hate their jobs. Either way I’m seeking compensation for the damages and the almost $3,000 my landlord paid you to take care of my things and not break them. Anyone could have packed like this had they’d been offered $500. Very let down and will never recommend this company to anyone. The moving crew was amazing, fast and efficient. We really felt our furniture was well protected as all the pieces were wrapped and delivered safely. We had a great experience with this company.

Star Jesus and Elias were awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Wrapped everything in blankets careful and worked quick. put everything where it was supposed to go and cleaned up. If you are moving I would highly recommend star and her crew. 5 stars
