All My Sons Moving & Storage

Update: spoke with Andy today 3/9 about the miscommunication regarding the quote. They made it right which I appreciate more than they'll know. Hopefully if needed again in the future I would consider using them. The movers that showed up were amazing! Truman and Dwight were great! Not a bad word to be said about them. They got right to work when they arrived. However, my issue is with the bill. When I was quoted it was a little over 300 dollars. That was supposed to include drive time and labor. Day of the move came...truck arrived to my new place which was maybe 2 miles from where I was moving from. 682 bucks! To move barely anything!!! 90 bucks for shrink wrap is outrageous!! I will never use this company again. I will probably never recommend them to anyone else either.

Gage, Felix, and Michael came and moved us. If you get this team you will love them. They are the best! Did an amazing job and took good care of our items. Packed our kitchen and did a great job. Great manners, courteous, hard working. All My Sons should be proud of the work they are doing. Thanks for the great move guys!

Did not even want to put the one star. Had 2 movers rip the bottom of my brand new sectional, didn't acknowledge they were continuing to rip until I had to vocalize "You're ripping my couch." Same said people ripped the bottom cushioning and legs off the other side not protecting the couch anymore. Tried to offer me $200 for a settlement, I don't know they get by with those fools. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. If you need help moving might as well just call me. Quoted at $153 an hour, used them for like 2 hours and paid over $600.

Our movers from All My Sons were AMAZING! They carefully wrapped everything and did an awesome job transporting our furniture to our new house. They even broke down our queen bed frame and reassembled it when we arrived at our new home. They asked where everything went and placed our furniture accordingly. They were very careful not to scuff our walls or doorways and even used special protectors to place over the doorways. Our apartment building downtown Indy was not easy to love from. No freight elevator and only ONE working elevator for a 10 story building. They moved everything in the atrium by the elevators then took a trip down many times then loaded the truck. That gave me time to vacuum and give the apartment a quick cleaning so it would be ready to turn the keys in. Our two moves were excellent! Very professional. Took the time to explain every step to me prior to moving everything and payment once they were finished was easy. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again when our new house is finished being built and we move again in the next two years! Thank you guys for such a great experience!!!
