All My Sons Moving & Storage

Awesome moving company! A++ We recently relocated 2 states away, and called All My Sons for the move. After some amazing customer service help from both the Gahanna, OH and Nashville, TN offices, (ie. involving difficult scheduling and coordination requirements, executed perfectly and professionally - within a very short time frame, for a very tight moving window), two awesome gentlemen from the Nashville, TN office showed up and completely loaded everything in my house with care, fully padded and packed my TVs and monitors, and got it all safely to my new house the next day - without any issues, surprises or delays. Not inly did they arrive exactly on time, (to the minute), to load up all my belongings (in freezing cold temps/snow), the next day, (exactly on time again), they carefully and quickly unloaded everything in the pouring cold rain… By the time they were done, they were completely drenched, but never once complained or even frowned - and my house was still completely dry inside after they were done. Everyone I spoke to or worked with at this company was super friendly in person, via email, and over the phone - and price was the best I could find too! I really couldn’t be more impressed or happy for trusting All My Sons for our move - Thank you, especially to the two awesome moving guys, and the service managers at both locations that made it all such a truly perfect experience. My expectations were exceeded, and I will be recommending you to everyone that ever needs help moving or packing for the rest of my life. Thank you AMS!

First, I spoke with Georgia when I called in to get a quote. She was absolutely WONDERFUL! Great customer service, so sweet, and very helpful. I told her my situation and she jumped quickly to help me. My move was very last minute and in the middle of the TN ice storm. She was able to get me in within the week and at an amazing price! Gary, Wes, and Reese were the three men that came on moving day. They were very respectful, kind, made sure I knew the entire process, and helped me with anything I needed. They all went ABOVE AND BEYOND driving on icy backroads and driveway. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them anytime I move from now on!

I can not even imagine how I could have made my long distance move without the exceptional professionalism and teamwork that Joe,Gary,Wes,and Ty from All My Sons Nashville provided. Communication was top notch, friendly, respectful and accurate. The care each one took to assure my belongings were packed securely and thoughtfully amazed me. This team worked consistently and efficiently all with a positive and above and beyond courteous demeanor. I highly recommend all my sons Nashville and will always recommend them. Highest recommendation possible. Chris, Jacob and Lucas in one truck. Second truck was DQ and AB. Absolute professionals. Every one of them ! Courteous and caring folks. Excellent communication before, during and after the move. Not a single item broken, not a single wall or floor scratched. This was the worst experience with a moving company. They not only didnt put me down on their schedule for the day I booked. I called asking where the guys were and they said they had me on another day. Had custom made furniture make it all the way here across the ocean uncrated and in perfect condition only to be dropped by the movers. $3000 custom dresser with solid marbe top destroyed. You cant just replace the entire marble top. I even paid for the extra protection coverage. They wanted to offer me $300 to fix. Their own employees called the manager after it happened to let them know they did drop it and we needed confirmation on them replacing it. I was assured I would be made whole. They lied and have given me the run around. Dont trust these people with your furniture.
