Art, his son and another mover helped us move from our DC apartment to a home in VA. They were incredibly prompt and efficient. They also went the extra mile to take care of our furniture- wrapping items in moving blankets, and staking efficiently. And whenever I emailed Art, he was responding within the hour no matter the time. AK Movers has been in business for over 20 years, and it's clear to see why this business has been so successful - they tare of their clients.

Art and his team were excellent! Art communicated very well from the beginning and followed through with us. His truck was on time picking up our freight from the terminal to deliver it to DC. It wasn’t a normal piece of freight and their team got it inside and helped our crew get it to the location we needed. His team is professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help moving freight.

This is the second time I’ve used AK Movers, and they continue to be the best moving company I have ever used in Washington, DC. I hired them for a local move in Dupont Circle from my 2 bedroom condo into a different building. The experience was once again flawless.
