I had Daniel Douglas as my realtor for my first time home buying expience. He made everything super easy and simple to understand even when I had no knowledge to begin with. If I ever need a realtor again I am definitely going with Dan.

There’s not quite enough words we have to say for how thankful we are to have picked Katie to be our realtor. From the beginning, she had our best interest in mind. I can’t even remember how many houses she showed us, but it was a lot. We initially put an offer in on a house that was older and she had a hunch that it needed more work than the inspector said. She urged us to have an additional HVAC inspection and in doing so, turns out she saved us over $15k in potential repairs. We pulled out of said sale, she showed us another number of homes, and now we’re in the new build home of our dreams. Not only that, but in our new build she also negotiated for them to build stairs off our deck, purchase blinds, a new washing machine/ dryer, and installation of a perimeter fence in the backyard. Long story short, if you want a realtor who fights for you, has your best interest in mind always, is strong willed and an expert in what they do… Katie is your girl.

If you are looking for a full service experience when buying or selling a home, look no further. Jon Olson was the best to work with. He assisted with selling my home and was patient with me while searching for our new home. He is always available for any question and was very flexible and took time to understand my needs when I was ready to purchase. Has so many contacts in the area to help with questions and recommendations. I would strongly suggest you check out Jon and Agency Iowa if you are in the market for a new home!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Mike Julich with selling my house. From start to finish, he made the entire process pretty smooth and stress-free. He was really knowledgeable about the market and provided a lot of great advice on pricing and the staging, which helped me sell my house pretty quick. I believe it was on market for like 6 days and I had 3 offers. If you're looking for a great agent who’s a great dude and easy to talk to, I highly recommend Mike Julich.
