Affinity Accounting & Tax has went above and beyond in helping me get set up with my bookkeeping and payroll services for my business when I didn't know where to start. They also have a monthly subscription I enrolled in for tax planning that helps me year-round, not just last minute in April. Vanessa is always there to answer my questions day or night, along with her dedicated team. Would highly recommend! Honest and reliable!

Excellent service for accounting on my 1099 and W2 work. I had made some mistakes while doing my own taxes on my 1099 and Affinity did an excellent job representing me with the IRS and taking care of the issues. In addition, their app makes life much easier when managing the multitude of forms that need to be uploaded.

I have always done my own taxes. This year, I received an audit notice from the state that I owed a fairly large sum of money due to the fact that I consulted for a year, and being my first time doing so, I did not know I needed to file gross receipts tax. I reserved a 15 minute free consultation on their website and explained my situation to Vanessa. She knew exactly what my situation was, and provided me some very useful advice. Later, she did some preliminary calculations based on our discussion, and emailed me on how I should proceed. She could have advised me that I needed to resubmit my taxes using their services and charged a significant fee to do so, but she did not. In these days where everyone is about making as much money as they can when they can, I cannot express my appreciation enough. I will definitely recommend Affinity to anyone asking for a good and honest accounting organization going forward.
