AD Movers - New Orleans

This is the 3rd time I have used AD Movers and I have used them for the 3rd time because they have always been excellent. Once again they were outstanding. I recommended them to a relative and they were outstanding for her. The workers do a great job. They are very polite and always take there time and consult with you about fragile items to make sure there are no problems. You won't go wrong with this company

I hired AD Movers for a long distance move from New Orleans to Raleigh, NC. I had an expensive and irreplaceable family 20+ year old chair break (and they refused to fix it, or reimburse me. Owners response is he has never filed an insurance claim and simply didn’t want to). The leg of the chair snapped off. I also had other smaller things break, like Christmas ornaments, which I told the mover was a valuable box. Also, numerous other things were scratched like my dinner table and now have to pay close to $1,000 to have refinished. Also, they didn’t put back together shelves and other things they had to unscrew to move. Because I didn’t call him within 24-48 hours after moving he said he wasn’t responsible for anything that broke. Which is crazy because I just spent the last few weeks prior to move packing, then had to drive from LA to NC and then he expects me to unpack my ENTIRE house almost immediately. I moved to New Orleans with my old roofing company and moved back to NC to start my own company. As a business owner myself, I’m appalled that he would screw over his customers so easily, especially someone that just dropped $6k on a move. I would never do that. Only good thing is driver was cool and I’m fairly certain they didn’t snoop around my stuff.

AD Movers performed an Excellent job for us. They moved us from a first floor apartment several miles away to a third floor apartment and were very careful with all our belongings. They expertly maneuvered up to the third floor and did it all in a minimum of time. Overall our moving experience was great and at a very good value. Polite, hard working men for sure.

This moving company was the best yet that Ive worked with in New Orleans and I’ve used 4 others. It was raining during our original scheduled time. The manager kindly offered to reschedule me for the afternoon to avoid everything getting wet! The guys, 2 of them, showed up on time and were well prepared! The truck was big and had brought many options for moving/lifting equipment. This expedited the process. They were very careful with my things and well organized. They asked where I wanted things instead of just placing anywhere. Efficient and timely. Good quality for good price. I appreciate the hard work. The manager called me at the end to follow up and make sure everything went as expected. Great company! Will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you AD movers!
