Demetric came out right away and took care of our issue for plumbing immediately. He was prompt and extremely helpful. He was the sweetest man . It was awesome to receive that kind of service for our plumbing issue and have it resolved with in hours. I called at 9am and had someone out by 10. Highly recommend!

From my first inquiry text to Demetric walking his ladder out the door, incredible. Samantha was helpful and patient and even went so far as to send me Amazon links for proper hardware. Demetric arrived, warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He ended up finishing the job so efficiently that he literally cut my bill in half. I am so proud of the work Ave accomplished. Update 12/11/26 5 stars Had some more work performed by Ace Handyman to adjust a door inside the home that was no longer closing at all and entirely misaligned, door was hitting against the top of the door frame. This time Chuck Jones assisted me and once again the service was excellent. Chuck was very professional and explained my options to fix the door. We ended up going with removing the door and cutting and sanding a portion off the top as this was the best option to allow for any more shifting and potential play with the door. Chuck did a great job performing the work and the door now works good as new. He explained all the work once it was completed and ensured I was satisfied with everything before wrapping up. Overall I was very satisfied with his service and friendliness and I would still highly recommend utilizing San Antonio Ace Handyman Services for any home projects or repairs. Prior Review 8/2025 Had a great experience with Rudy G., the craftsman Ace sent out. I needed to have a portion of my outside door trim replaced that was starting to break and come off due to moisture. Rudy was prompt, he was friendly, and he walked me through what was going on and all the potential fixes we could take, along with the pros and any cons based on what I chose. Rudy did an excellent job replacing the portion of the trim and I can't even tell where the new piece was placed. He also took time to adjust the door some in order to close up a gap between the door and weather striping, that had also been there prior to the original trim getting damaged. While Rudy was here I also asked if he had time to check my front door which was misaligned and having issues closing the deadbolt. He was able to address this concern as well. Overall he was very professional and a delight to interact with. This was my first experience using Ace Handyman services, as a recommendation from another friend, and I will definitely be reaching out again and requesting Rudy for any other house handywork I may need. Ps. I had my trash bin out by the road for trash day and it hadn't come by yet when Rudy arrived, by the time he had finished, the trash collectors had come and apparently Rudy brought my trash bin back in and placed it next to my recycling bin. I didn't even know he did this until I went out later in the evening to grab the bin and saw it'd already been brought back. It's a small thing but a very nice gesture nonetheless and shows he really was trying to go above and beyond in his service. Thanks Rudy!

Demetric Collins w/Ace Handyman Services SA was punctual, respectful of my home, kind & very efficient putting up my 2 wall cat towers. I did ask him not to worry about the scratching rope as I’m going to be replacing it. I just needed them mounted on the wall so the cats can use it. I’m excited to see that my kitty cat meow meows are enjoying it so quickly!! Thanks

I am so pleased with the outstanding work Demetric did at my home. He recently completed a touch-up paint job and installed a new front door sweep, and the attention to detail was exceptional. He was incredibly meticulous, and the door sweep was fitted flawlessly. Not only was his work top-notch, but he was also very efficient and completed the job right on schedule. Demetric is the complete package: highly professional, skilled, and also very personable and easy to communicate with. It's rare to find someone so trustworthy and good at their craft. I will definitely be hiring him for future projects and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation!
