As a homeowner, you need to have a team. Solid, dependable, reliable folks you can call to handle work that is outside your skills. Ace Handyman is a valued member of my team. Deanna has excellent communication and timely responsiveness in scheduling. John has been our “go-to-handyman” for a few jobs in a row. He is on time (even 1 minute early) which is so important to work with life’s busy schedules! Someone who isn’t 40 minutes early or 40 minutes late! Right on time. He is well rounded in his skills and excellent woodworking skills for our job. Highly recommend - ask for John by name. His attention to detail, excellent skills, and clean up are top notch!!

I unfortunately had a bad experience working with them. Here are few things you need to know. Positives: 1. Got next day service 2. 1 year warranty if that matters 3. Polite and Knowledgeable workman Negatives: 1. They nickel and dime, agree on a clear list. 2. Charge clock starts when technician checks-in their system, not when they knock at your door! 3. Time spent discussing work to be done is chargeable on your hourly charge clock, what is the extra $80 service fee over the hourly rate for? 4. An attempt was made to charge me for the delayed arrival, and time spent on phone between themselves after leaving the house. Customer focus was missing even to hear me out when i called the store to discuss my take and offer to pay for the actual hours of work done. i was being interrupted every sentence, and guilt Phys'd. The two star is for the workman's knowledge and the way he conducted himself when interacting with me, 1 star off for shaky pricing model - inefficient communication. 1 star off for lack of intent to even hear the customer out. 1 star off for price \ value ratio.

My husband and I are disappointed with the quality and cost by Ace to install a double gate at the bottom of our deck stairs. For $1200.00 we think both gates should be the same size in width and there should be support so the gate will not sag over time, which it is already doing. We will not consider hiring them for any future projects.

We recently hired Ace Handyman Services to install exterior shutters to our second story windows. Communication from the company was very prompt and personable. Scheduling was easy with lots of open availability. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and to our liking at an excellent price! Most importantly, during communications regarding scheduling, it was clear that the company holds themselves to high standards and is dedicated to high quality customer satisfaction. Would absolutely use their services again!
