We submitted all of our documents in April and are still waiting for our taxes to be filed. We’re given the run around each time we call for updates. We’ve been customers for multiple years.

Carla and her staff has always been so helpful with my business taxes and personal. Even going through a divorce, my ex and I both refused to give her up🙂 She helped me get an LLC set up, an EIN #, and does automatic withdrawals for my business quarterly taxes. I don't worry about pesky accounting for my small business with Carla.

Well this place had a data breach with my taxes from 2020. Now every year one of my kids gets claimed and we haven’t received our taxes for the last 3 years! This place hasn’t done anything to help with the issue!!

This place had data breach and my tax return was stolen as a result. They have made no effort to fix this problem or make it right. Untrustworthy, unethical. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else.

They lost a W2 and claimed I didn't give it to them and instead of questioning the discrepancy they filed without question causing a need for further action. Upon being informed of this they stated they will get to the correction of their mistake when they can. I am only glad they were flexible with payment and I only partially paid them for their shoddy work. I will take responsibility for not double checking their work as they came so highly recommended.
