Access Storage - Burlington

Ayrianna working at BOTH the Plains Rd and Cumberland Burlington Ontario locations is extremely friendly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We spent 5 minutes talking about our dogs. THIS IS Customer service above and beyond. She has an amazing willingness to help customers get the very best service from Access Storage. So I 💯 recommend if you are looking for a storage unit. Please seek out alternative storage options. This facility has issues with humidity control resulting in moisture and mold of items stored here. They refuse to acknowledge or take accountability, even with provided photos and video footage. They will charge you more than any other storage facility for climate controlled that is not actually climate controlled. Terrible facility and terrible customer service if seeking anyone beyond the store level. Save yourself the expense, headache and cost of destroying your belongings. Find a different storage facility. ADDENDUM: I am still trying to sort through the mass of destroyed belongings due to this company that is a fine example of corporate corruption and not an ounce of integrity for people that trust they have put their belongings in a space that is safe. The narcissistic territory manager claims it's my fault, because there is apparently something to be said about someone who puts their belongings in storage for any length of time. Absolutely disgusting business, that is illegally charging people astronomical fees to protect their belongings while not keeping the facility in good working order. For the love of God if anyone has belongings stored at this location on the upper level, I would suggest getting them out and going to a different storage facility that actually provides climate controlled, when stated as climate controlled, because this is not the place! The stress and overwhelming upset of losing a good portion of my belongings due to their negligence, is beyond words. The company's comeback is my fault because of the way I stored my items. Last time I checked, boxes and Rubbermaid bins were quite common. Unfortunately, moisture due to unacceptable humidity levels, boxes and or bins will not keep belongings protected. Also note, if you decline their insurance, they feel they are legally protected and use this to justify damaging belongings and not maintaining the facility. Again, just unbelievably disgusting!

Great facility and Aryana has provided excellent service and customer support. I have called several times and she has resolved every issue quickly and professionally, she has been great to work with.

WOW!! What can I say? You know you're grown up when you get excited to have a storage space?! I had the most fabulous experience today with Mitchell who was able to get me into a temperature controlled indoor space with such quick professionalism and a seamless process. I have started a foundation with a few other members of Burlington and we have acquired quite a lot of items from all of our events. Mitchell was so supportive of our efforts and was happy to help us get settled into a new home base. Kayanna at the Cumberland location quickly finished the final details once I showed up as Mitchell had it all already set up, organized and ready for me to sign and get into my space. The space itself is clean, easy to get to, has access to carts to help bring in items and is perfect temperature to storage all of our items safely without worrying about damage based on the outdoor elements. We are so happy with our experience and can't thank Access Storage enough! Thank you for supporting us so we can continue to support our community with children's mental health and wellness charities!
