It took a long time to complete the job, but the quality of the work was good. The paint blending was about an 8/10. However, the customer experience could be improved. I had to follow up several times during the process because they didn’t provide updates, so you need to plan your rental and time accordingly.

I remembered A.C. Automotive from a previous accident my wife got into 7 years ago- because they were fantastic and do amazing work. So when I was struck by a vehicle in October of 2025 they were my first and only choice. And guess what? They are still the best and do amazing work! You will not go wrong trusting they will take care of you. Thanks Nicole!!

AC Automotive is hands-down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. I brought my car in for a brake issue, and from start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff is friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. My car was ready quicker than expected and runs perfectly now. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. If you’re in the West Hartford area, I highly recommend AC Automotive

AC Automotive worked on my car twice over the last few years. I have been very pleased with their work and the professionalism of staff. For reference, the most recent repair was to fix a dented front passenger side fender, replace a broken passenger side view mirror, repaint the rear bumper skin, and turn some blemished rims. My car has 102k miles and looks amazing. Feels like driving a new car. A job very well done.
