A friend referred us to Absolute for popcorn ceiling removal. The initial contact and follow-up with the company was very positive. Jeff visited and provided a solid explanation of the process and provided a competitive quote so we signed up for the project. Overall we were very pleased with the outcome. Quality of the work was high. The employees who came to our home were professional, courteous and hard working. This is not an easy job and creates a fair bit of mess which despite best efforts to contain still required some extensive post completion clean up effort. We are glad we had the work done as it updates the look of our home at a reasonable cost. We will definitely consider absolute for future projects.

Our experience was a 10+ from start to finish. The quote and communication with Gerald was informative and caring. The painters were a husband and wife team that were professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I can’t say enough about the attention to detail. It was clear from the start that they both take pride in their art. Thank you for the beautiful transformation to our home.

As an older, white-haired woman, I have trouble getting decent answers to my enquiries. Your workers were very courteous in answering my questions when we recently had a deck refloored and stained. All work was done very diligently and to our complete satisfaction. We will certainly consider Absolute for any future projects.

The team did a great job on our 5 year old cedar deck that had never before been stained. They cleaned, power washed, and sanded the deck to prepare. Then they carefully applied a wet-on-wet stain. This was a multi-day job that was done right and not rushed. There were initially some issues with the wet-on-wet application not entirely sufficient, but Jeff resolved it and had the team come back and re-apply a thin layer over the entire deck to ensure all spots were covered. Great communications and experience all around.

Absolutr home services quoted me for doing some grading, replanting trees and cleaning up that area of the backyard. There were hiccups along the way. It had taken longer than they had thought so the final job wasn’t totally up to par. However, what they did really well was the follow up and communication and solutions to fix. Jeanne was our project manager and she always remained easy to contact, professional, and calm. She took our feedback gracefully and offered solutions to address. The following week, she had a new team address our issues and made sure she walked me through everything once the fixes were done. Overall, I would recommend them!
