Terrible and Unprofessional Service - Avoid at All Costs! My experience with A1 Tax Services was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. I strongly advise anyone looking for tax help to steer clear. The service was unbelievably slow. I waited for approximately three months, during which the individual never managed to submit my tax return. While I understand that sometimes things don't work out, the complete lack of communication and the extended delay were unacceptable. This delay ultimately forced me to apply for an extension with the IRS. Furthermore, if you need assistance with an ITIN application, do not go here. I was led to believe they could help, only to have my valuable time wasted. They were ultimately unable to complete the process. The entire experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and efficient tax service provider.

This provider is running a scam. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. I also will be reporting him to the IRS. the IRS informed me that they still have not received my taxes. A couple of months ago he told me the taxes were mailed off the week of March 26th, 2024- April 2nd, 2024. In addition to this eight weeks I've waited the original electric file that you assured me was sent off in January 2024 was received by the IRS. Which means I've been waiting a total of 6 months for taxes that I paid $165.00 to be filed that were never filed. I no longer trust that you will submit my taxes to the IRS. Do not trust this provider. I reached out to the IRS and they are still unable to locate my taxes.

I'm local from the area and just started out doing my taxes here a couple years ago, and now run my books through A1 Tax exclusively for my 2 businesses. I quickly found a New Accountant for my family and friends. He deals with you on a personal level and has consistently gotten me/ my parents/ siblings/ friends great returns for past 4 years. Appreciate all you continue to do for us!!
