Phil was awesome! My husband and I met him at an open house. He chatted with us about home buying process and answered our questions. We decided to go with him, cause he was so detailed when we talked to him at that open house. He was patient and didn’t rush us to pick a house, or sway us one way or another. He’s very personable and flexible when we would schedule viewings. Once we found our home, he was calm and walked us through the whole process. I couldn’t recommend this group enough!
