Love this company! They have been excellent since day one. Special shoutout to Hayden, who handled my process from start to finish. He is so nice, professional, and addressed every concern I had in a timely manner. He was also very fair and made sure I didn’t miss out on getting a unit, which I truly appreciated. They also do a great job with check-ins and making sure everything is okay, which really shows they care about their tenants. So far, any maintenance issue I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently. Great customer service all around — highly recommend!

I am in a brand new build and have had issues since day one. This property management team is the absolute worst when it comes to management and communication. When completing my walk through I had doors hanging by one hinge, my dishwasher brand new and leaked every where, my shower had muddy foot prints and construction dust everywhere. I was told that my place was having a professional wipe down prior to me moving in and that wasn't done. After I signed the lease I was advised that my unit and the one above me are long term rental and the two across the way are short term rental for people that are stay a minimum of 21 day. If I had know this I would have NOT sign the lease. Most every tenant has disobey the limited parking and assigned garbage can assignment. I was told no to be so upset about trash. I explained that mlgw assign us a trash can and the STR tenants should abide by that because I don't want to be pulling their trash to the curb or cleaning out a filthy can because they put loose raw food in it. I tried moving my can but that was ignored. We have had snow and ice. I reached out to have help because we can't safely get in and out of our secure parking or the side entrance of our apartment. When I reached out she asked me was the ice and snow preventing this, when I clearly stated that it was . So I had to send pictures to prove my point and like always I got ghosted. No response. This company also pushes their company of choice for rental insurance and I am glad I followed my right my and got my own because they don't cover your property and did everything not to pay out. If you are looking to be ghosted and gaslit then you are in the right place. For what we pay you would think that we would be treated with respect. When our lease is up we are out. I don't know how this company has so many good reviews. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. ***My response to theirs 2/3/2026 You have tried your best to make me look like a problematic tenant. You all stated that you all didn't manage those units just mines and that parking was important because you all charged additional. Yet the STR people ignored and this made it where I didn't have a place to park. But what the do I know ... All I know is when you are paying almost 1700$ per month this shouldn't have been an issue. If I was the one violating the lease agreement this wouldn't be going like this. But because I am the one being violated no one can do anything about it and I have to just suck it up. As far as the trash cans it was never a misunderstanding from my end because I was told exactly what can was my by the number that was assigned to us. Yet again because he didn't manage his STR people again I was talked less than too and asked why did I care about the trash can so much. I explained and yes he did finally after multiple complaints make it to community trash and had someone else to pick it up and pull it to the street. But this was well after he tried to make me feel bad about voicing my concerns. As far as my rental being professional clean is a lie. You all told me this was happening two days before my move in and have Hayden to come in and say he cleaned up is not professional. When his muddy foot prints were in the shower and construction dust was everywhere and if it was cleaned that wouldn't have come back in 2 days. Because I had it cleaned and it didn't come back . So quit lying. When I told you about all my maintenance issues you didn't believe even with pictures. So you can out to the property to make me out to be a liar. When you arrived you coldly spoke and act like my concerns where not valid. And lastly quit lying like you don't ghost me when I text because they are timestamp and I can show where I text and you didn't text back or waited days later to respond if you did respond. So just remember I have receipts showing and backing up my claims

The Goodwyn is a great place to reside. It's a safe and secure building. 901 Real Estate has been helpful since I moved in. Any problems were taken care of quickly and professionally.

I had a great experience working with Hayden Davis at 901 real estate services. He showed me the properties that I wanted to see and explained all the ins and outs of them including rent and fees. I would highly suggest working with them!

Best PM company in Memphis! We have been owners for years and hands down this is the best PM agreement I’ve ever read and entered into a contract. They (entire staff) are always pleasant and helpful to speak with about any issue or concern while taking very good care of the property. Addresses all maintenance issues expeditiously. Helps the renters while protecting the owner with provided eviction protection 💥
