24 Hour Fitness

I fluctuate between 1-2 stars. Same as my previous review however this particular site has been bought out again. Many assurances it will improve however no changes yet. One persistent issue is airflow. There is none. Two years of months of unbearable lack of air conditioning, it was ‘fixed’ last autumn. There’s one portable fan in the entire gym which has been removed. If you ask to open a door to get some air flow, they refuse. Air conditioning isn’t on and you’re sealed in. When it’s busy it’s already very warm and it’s uncomfortable and unhealthy. I simply don’t understand why they won’t open a door, the front desk is right next to the door. If they staff it, do their job, no one will just walk in. The staff aren’t working out and they don’t seem to get how stuffy and hot it gets in the gym. I dread summers trying to work out in this facility and will be looking for an additional gym in my area with better equipment and conditions.

24 Hour Fitness is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The floor plan is extremely well designed — everything flows logically, the equipment is easy to access, and it never feels overcrowded or chaotic. You can move efficiently between cardio, weights, and functional training areas without feeling cramped. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a great overall atmosphere that makes it easy to stay motivated and focused on workouts. A special shoutout to Diana — she is absolutely awesome. She is welcoming, professional, and clearly cares about the members’ experience. Staff like her really elevate the gym and make people want to keep coming back. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a well-run, well-designed fitness center with great staff.

I truly enjoy 24 Hour Fitness overall, and this location stands out as one of the best. The gym is very spacious, which I appreciate, and the membership price is incredibly affordable—around $21–25 for access to Colorado locations, which is an excellent value for a facility of this size. The gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a complete workout, and it has a comfortable atmosphere. I usually go at 5 AM, and it’s never too crowded then; I can’t speak for after-work hours, but like most gyms, I expect it gets busy. The staff here are consistently friendly and helpful. Both the young woman in the mornings and the older lady with grey hair always go out of their way to assist whenever needed. The facility is also kept clean at all times, which I really appreciate. My only suggestion would be for the gym to return to being open 24/7, as it was before COVID. That would make an already excellent gym even better.

The dirtiest/stinkiest gym I’ve ever been to and the worst 24 Hour Fitness location in the Denver area by far. Addendum: I have went ahead and added some photographs of the facilities, which look like a prison. When I originally posted, 24 Hour Fitness replied stating that they intended to make an effort to resolve this. Everyone should know that they care far too little and are far too lazy to do so. Stay away from this fitness center.
