Had a great experience signing up! Lena was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the start. Definitely appreciate her professionalism and positive energy. She covered every topic and every question I could possibly throw out here. Bonus was I was kind of on a time crunch and she knocked every topic and question out in less than 10 minutes. Sign me up Coach 😚

Jake, the General Manager, truly earned my respect, he was incredibly responsive via email and made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in. That kind of leadership shows. The entire team absolutely wowed me. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. Special shoutout to Jerome (hope I’m spelling his name right!) his positivity really stood out and made my day. You can feel the good culture here. This gym isn’t just about working out; it’s about people. Highly recommend!!

I’ve had an excellent experience at the 24 Hour Gym on Lowery, and a big reason for that is the manager, Dani. Dani is professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the members. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the gym is well-managed—everything is clean, organized, and running smoothly. Dani goes above and beyond to make sure members feel comfortable and supported, whether it’s answering questions, helping with concerns, or just creating a positive atmosphere. It’s rare to find management that’s this attentive and approachable.

For a larger corporate gym with so much mileage on it, the location exceeds expectations. The staff has always been very friendly and whenever I have had a question—they have gotten back to me in short order either same day or by phone. The equipment and well-worn condition of the gym is really the only thing that isn’t 5 stars. Many heavier dumbbells are bent, some barbells have bends, and almost all of their Olympic Weightlifting barbells have at least one side with broken bearings (though I think only a few of us who go here do Olympic weight lifting). Outside of updating their current barbells and dumbbells, they could also really benefit from a women’s weightlifting bar and a couple of wall balls at 14 and 20 pounds. Beyond that their machines are in pretty good condition, with the very rare out of order here or there from time to time. I would normally give a gym like this 4 stars, but the front desk staff is the reason I gave the location a 5 stars instead. I have been going to this specific gym on and off for about a decade, and I’ve never had a crew of a corporate gym be so personable and one in particular member who genuinely makes me feel like I have VIP status just because they remember I have their towel service upgrade and is often getting one for me before I even ask. It really is a small touch, but it means a lot to make you feel welcome in what would normally by an anti-social environment where everyone is just trying to get a workout in and get out as fast as possible. Kudos to V, I hope the manager sees this and recognizes them for being such an exemplary staff member. The rest of the staff is pretty great too, but this just stands out, and deserves recognition, so thank you to them.

This gym is atrocious. All the equipment is dirty, the trash can are over filled the bathrooms dirty. This gym reminds me of the Quincy one that finally closed down. This is my 4th time at the location I thought it was just a bad day I came but now for the 4th time come on. Vasa needs to take over this location. The gym manager sits at the front desk the whole time harassing the females. I over heard him commenting inappropriately about a female at the squat racks behind the desk. One day I asked him something about refilling the paper towels and he basically blew me off this was the only time I’ve ever tried to speak to him. Lastly nearly every treadmill and elliptical is broken or has something wrong with it. Do Better 24!!
