24 Hour Fitness

I’ll give them 5 stars because they are the only 24 hr gym in DFW that opens for 24 hours. I had been going to my previous 24 in Fort Worth on Horne for over 15 years. After moving to Dallas I went around to several and this has been my home gym for months and I’m quite happy. Like Kelly at Horne the manager here is great and is always present. Makes it feel like family. The bathrooms could be cleaner but that’s not entirely on them. Etiquette and cleanliness is something we could all partake in. Basketball level here is nice, but then again it’s Oak Cliff 💪🏽.

Acceptable for a workout. Staff was nice. Crowd was cool. They have some equipment that not every location does like TRX and 2 glute bridge/hip thrust machines. But the cleaning maintenance and general upkeep is pretty bad. Floors were filthy. I couldn’t find a single barbell clip in the building. Multiple cardio machines out of order. It wouldn’t take too much for them to get this to a 5 star location.

Filthy, poorly managed gym. You really have to visit this place for a while, try a well-run gym for a bit, then come back to this one to truly appreciate how gross and run down it is. After coming here for a few months, trying out a newer Crunch for a week, then coming back here because I can’t cancel my membership without paying out the rest of my year-long commitment that I don’t realize I committed to, I’ve decided to bite the bullet and pay out my balance and go to a gym that takes care of its facilities. This 24 Hour Fitness is gross. Nasty, stinky locker room/bathroom (urinals will go weeks with a pool of scum festering inside). Visibly and tangibly unclean floors and equipment (sometimes you’ll grab a handhold and flinch back due to a sticky residue). Machines that break often and stay broken for weeks without repair (the SINGULAR pec fly machine, notably, was out of commission for at least a month at one point). Aging, outdated machinery. Even one of the water fountains broke months ago and has yet to be fixed. Please do not give this gym your money. They won’t use any of it to make sure your experience is worth your time and funds.

It's the worst Gym you could ever choose!!! by far I have 2 memberships , on for the LAfittness in mockingbird , and I start a new membership here at the 24 hours, and its my second time I have membership here, first time was when they open 4 years ago or so, and the only reason why I did it again, its behind my house so very easy. and I dont have to drive to town. now to be fair, the gym have it all, great machines, the actual gym is amazing, the management , a joke really. where are they? I went this am to look for manger, no one. a sleepy lady by the front desk, she LOL at me. the please is dirty , the bathrooms are dirty, half of them not working, no toilet paper , floor is dirty, some machines like the cable was broke for a week, no one care. and no open lockers , you ask why? because homeless keeping their belongings there over night, with a lock, yes the gym have a sign on, but that is a joke!!!! again, worst gym you could ever choose, they really need to clean it well, make sure people have their weights back obviously rocks, make sure people dont piss on the floor, and having sex in the bathrooms, its a shame for this gym.

Super dirty! No one is cleaning. 1 star for jacuzzi really clean and jets work! No back rollers in the entire place. Go planet fitness unless you’re going for the jacuzzi. 24hr is making so much money but can’t keep up simple stuff. Wonder what the priority is?
