Anil and his team at 212 Tax are so professional and helpful and easy to work with. Highly highly recommend - especially if you're a self employed freelancer like me. This will be my 3rd year in a row doing my personal and self employed taxes through them and I look forward to continuing to work with them in years to come.

I initially reached out to inquire about potentially working together. We scheduled a call, but it had to be moved because he mentioned his daughter had a basketball game. While I was flexible, I found it strange that such a personal detail was shared rather than simply saying there was a scheduling conflict. When we rescheduled and got on the call, he had no understanding of my income or career, yet immediately began talking about how I probably couldn’t afford his services and that they were very expensive—before even stating the price or asking any qualifying questions. I absolutely could have afforded it. When he asked if I could handle it before sharing the rates, I told him that we could end the call. He then asked me to stay on anyway to hear the rates and continued the conversation. A strange experience.

"I cannot recommend Anil and 212 Tax highly enough. I was originally looking into tax attorneys for a complex issue, but Anil got back to me first—and I’m so glad he did. In just two phone calls on the same day, he diagnosed the situation, asked smart, probing questions, and provided a solution that required no further work. It’s rare to find someone with this much honesty; he could have easily taken on a 'case,' but he chose the path that was best for me. He has real integrity and saved me a significant amount of money and stress. If you want someone who is fast, brilliant, and honest, call Anil."
