We have used Randy L. of 2 Rivers Team @ Compass for two property sales lately and highly recommend him and his entire team. One of the properties received multiple offers on the same day. Randy worked very well with the buyers’ agents, resulting in a sale significantly over the asking price. That property also had a septic field, which some buyers were wary of. Randy worked with the Virginia County representatives to get correct information and ease potential buyers’ worries. The second property was a condo. In this case, the way the management filled out questionnaires resulted in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac not approving the condo development for loans. Again, Randy quickly worked through the issue, and the condo sold for the asking price. Randy is very professional and easy to work with. He is accessible and was willing to answer any and all questions or check on anything that needed clarification.
