I was staying at Little Rock for a month from Dallas Texas and I needed a gym to work out at. Originally it was going to go to a planet fitness but I decided to check this gym out since it was walking distance and had great reviews. Well I can say it was definitely worth it. I was greeted by Jan and he is the nicest guy Ive ever met with great energy that he brings to the gym. He was extremely helpful when I had issues with my membership. If I ever decide to come back or become a permanent resident at Little Rock, I'll definitely make this my permanent gym. 💪

10 Fitness is affordable, the atmosphere is pleasant clean, and the equipment is functional and up to date! Great Fitness center!

It’s pretty small for a 10 fitness but it is super convenient for those oof us who are on the go . It is very clean an the staff is friendly and helpful. Good selection of free weights and the machines are all in good condition. Definitely recommend

The gym itself is an excellent location with every essential to make sure you can stay on track with your fitness plan. Clean and well serviced equipment with full service bathrooms ( shower availability). Parking can be a challenge due to the calamity of being downtown. Other than that very nice facility!

Stopped in really quickly on a recommendation from a friend who actually works out at the Rodney Parham location (This one is closer to me). I didn’t have much time, but Thomas was amazing and answered all of my initial questions with such care and attentiveness! Exceptional customer service—and a warm, welcoming environment—are HUGE factors in my decision-making process, so I truly appreciate the personal touch. I’ll definitely be signing up soon to kick off my health “bounce back” after a pretty challenging journey. So excited!
