Im a fitness enthusiast and have been a 10 Fitness member since 2012. This is by far my least favorite location. Sadly, its the closest to where I live. The location of the building is awful. You'll be waiting a while if you need to make a left turn out of the parking lot. The premium room is much smaller than Rodney Parham. Any amount of bodies in there feels crowded. Spring clip collars are scarce which is dangerous.. The staff is still exceptional. No complaints there whatsoever. The drinks out of the machine cost more than other locations. A good 40% higher than what I bought just today at University for the same drink.The restrooms offer privacy and inclusion which is great. However, there are only about 10, so you'll be waiting if its busy. All in all these are first world problems. Rodney Parham was so just so much better. I have high hopes for Bowman. Really dont want to switch gyms after nearly 15 years. In my opinion, the building was a poor choice. I drove right on by today to go to University

Dequaylon onboarded me, which included a complimentary 30-minute personal training session. He’s very knowledgeable about fitness best practices and very client-oriented. The gym has a good selection of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym to accomplish their fitness goals!

Overall, it’s a pretty good new gym. My only real issue is the bathroom setup. The shared men’s and women’s area isn’t something I’m a fan of. I preferred how the old gym had separate spaces, which felt more comfortable.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They answer your questions to where you understand. It's clean and you can get a good workout with plenty of machines and free weights available. It's also a good social time. It doesn't matter what size you are, you get treated well., and they are there for you to reach your goals.

Amazing gym and fitness club! I don’t go to this location during the week due to traffic and overcrowding but I go every weekend. It’s very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Lots of machines and free weights but no instructors should you want aerobics type classes. I like the addition of the tanning beds but they’re only for premium members. It did surprise me that there is no pool or whirlpool but they have massage chairs that mostly work. All in all it’s the best gym in Little Rock for the price and amenities
