I can’t say enough great things about Peter! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The driver arrived right on time, handled the container with incredible precision, and made sure it was placed exactly where I needed it — down to the inch. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work, but this driver truly did. They double-checked placement, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could’ve been a stressful day feel easy and organized. If every company had employees like this, moving would never be something to dread. Huge thanks for the exceptional service — five stars all the way! 🚚💪👏

I was a mess trying to get a 1500 square foot warehouse of 4 generations family heirlooms, antiques, and clothing sorted and packed into storage. Several challenges and timeline changes occurred and the OKC office was wonderful to work with. All the drivers were professional and courteous. Peter the driver that did the last pickup was especially reassuring. Thanks you to all the staff.

Had 3 containers delivered and moved on different days as needed by John and by Peter. Super nice gentlemen. They did an excellent job of placing the containers side by side on my driveway. Highly recommend 1800packrat. Thank you and hugs to them.

Pack-Rat has been amazing. On-schedule delivery (2X) and pick up (1X). I've been lucky enough to have the same driver, Brent, each time. He's been very through with ensuring the container was placed where I needed it, while being mindful of the surrounding landscape to ensure the truck didn't damage anything. I wasn't expecting today's delivery until later, but because Brent took the time to get to know a little about me and my timeline for closing, he was able to get the container to me first thing this morning so I could get a head start on filling it. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed! Customer service and a caring demeanor like this is definitely a lost art, but Brent has it! I don't anticipate needing Pack-Rat again for another move, but I'll definitely recommend them to anyone that does need this service.

Peter with Packrat was wonderful! He communicated with us throughout the delivery process & we couldn't have asked for anything better. He made sure the pod was exactly where it helped us the most & went above and beyond. Professional, efficient, polite, and just awesome!! Highly recommend as their service & prices can't be beat!!
