A part of me has been wanting to share this for a while, but I was also hesitant. I guess now just feels like the right moment.

I’m sharing this because, even though I had a lot of support during my journey, I also felt very alone at times. Miscarriages, fertility struggles… they’re so much more common than many people realize.

The truth is, we often see the joyful, exciting moments — but not always the challenges, heartbreak, or the path it took to get there.

I’ve learned to stop fighting my thoughts and start listening—with compassion.
When the mind jumps to fear, it’s often just trying to keep us safe.
