From your traditional house league hockey, to travel football, all the way to competing in bodybuilding shows. Of course a fair share of injuries had occurred over time - which landed me in a few rehabilitation treatments. However, these injuries had only sparked my interest of working with the machine we call the human body. Having gone through these experiences, my passion developed for wanting to know more about the human body and its mechanics. I started off as a personal trainer at commercial gyms, which then brought me to running my own online coaching business. However, I still wanted to develop and broaden my knowledge. I then went on to furthering my education in 2016 at Georgian College where I would graduate from their TCM based Acupuncture program. To recently completing my massage therapy program as triOS College and becoming a RMT.
