- Eating less ≠ eating better!!! I see you feeling the pull to count calories, skip breakfast or stop snacking altogether because you believe these things will make you healthier (or at least thinner, which are not the same thing)… But what I need you to know, as a dietitian who works with women to help them improve both their physical health *and* their food mindset by reducing food stress, is that these things are NOT doing you any favors. Focusing your efforts on trying to eat as little as possible is only causing more obsession + anxiety around food, as well as harming your metabolic health and decreasing the *quality* of your diet.
