- 1 cup jowar  flour
- 1/2 cup beetroot puree / grated beetroot 
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Water as needed
- Ghee or oil for brushing

1. Boil 1/2 Cup water with salt , once water is boiled add jowar flour mix add beetroot and switch off flame. 
2. Cover abd keep for 5-7 minutes 
3. Knead and rest the dough.

###Ingredients
- 1 cup toor dal (split pigeon peas)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (drumstick, carrot) 
- 1 teaspoon sambar powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- Tamarind extract or juice
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

### Instructions
1. Cook the toor dal and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and tomato.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
4. Add sambar powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Combine the cooked dal and tamarind extract. Simmer until the flavors meld together.

## Recipe: Idli
### Ingredients
- 2 cups idli rice
- 1 cup urad dal (split black gram)
- 1/2 cup fenugreek seeds
- Water, as needed
- Salt, to taste

### Instructions
1. Soak the idli rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds for 4-5 hours.
2. Grind the mixture into a smooth batter.
3. Ferment the batter overnight or for 8-10 hours.

2. Make Dal: Cook  dal in water with cumin seeds and salt.
3. Make Churma: Mix flour, ghee or oil, and powdered sugar. Add chopped nuts (if using). Shape into small balls or shapes.
