Here’s some things I did that helped me avoid overeating and listen to my body more: 🍬 keep treats out of sight if i don’t see it, i don’t eat it. hiding tempting foods has saved me from so many unnecessary snacks. out of sight really does mean out of mind. 💛 🌿 chew gum like a lifeline after meals or when cravings hit, i pop a mint. it’s like a little pause button for my brain and stops me from reaching for junk. 🙌 📝 plan indulgences ahead i log treats in my app before i even eat them. it’s not about restriction, it’s about taking control and enjoying without guilt. 💖 💭 check if it’s worth it if a food won’t give me pure satisfaction, i skip it. life’s too short to feel bloated for something mediocre. my body deserves better. ✨ 🗣 say “i’m full” out loud sounds silly, but it really works. it tells your brain you’re done and stops those mindless bites that sneak in when you’re not paying attention. 🛑 🥖 skip the bread and extras restaurants used to be my downfall. now i keep my distance from bread baskets and chips. out of reach, out of mind. 💪 👖 portion awareness with clothing comfy joggers = endless grazing. fitted clothes = a gentle reminder to respect my portions and love my body. 💛 🗑 throw away what doesn’t serve you leftovers that tempt me but don’t help my goals? straight in the bin. no guilt, just choosing myself first. 💫 If you’re ready to lose weight without restriction and finally break the yo-yo cycle for good, click the link in my bio and apply for WLWT 1:1 coaching 💓✨ #weightlossadvice #weightlosstipsandtricks #weightlosstipsforwomen #weightlossstories
