Life’s too short to not try hanging upside down and question gravity. Isn’t it?

One thing I have realised about building a new habit: MAKE IT FUN! In the past few months, I’ve been actively seeking fun workouts like these. And my latest obsession is trying Aerial yoga in every city I go. These are from Kolkata (studiococoonkolkata ) Bangalore (fluxoninsta )and Bir (dhi_space )
For me, it’s basically strength training + meditation + playtime, all rolled into one.

It’s honestly not as difficult or tricky as it looks and oh so much fun!

Send it to your friends who you’d like to hang out like this with this weekend 🧘‍♀️

I wish I could go back and tell her this:

✨How people look at you, or what they say, reflects more about them than you.

✨Please don’t stop wearing what you love just because someone else made you doubt it.

✨But it’s also okay to feel underconfident sometimes-we’re human. Don’t beat yourself up for it.

✨A few years from now, you’ll laugh at what that mean guy in class said (even if right now, it feels like it takes up all the space in your head).

One day, none of this will matter. Life is bigger, wider, and kinder than you can imagine. You’ll travel far, live more, and see all that.

And on that day- you’ll be proud of yourself ❤️

Ps: I honestly don’t even know how or when this big insecurity just went away. Maybe it was travel. I am actually sure it was travel. But omg this feeling- I can only wish everyone gets to experience this kind of freedom too.

you can judge my cooking skills later.

Please try this recipe first:

In a blender- mix avocado, tofu, garlic, lemon, salt, black pepper, olive oil (you can also add Greek yogurt or replace tofu with paneer if you want)

Side note: boil the tofu chunks in boiling water for 3-4 minutes before using.

This was the first time I made this, so quantities can be as per your liking.

Don’t be stupid like me and use a smaller jar so everything blends well lol. (Adding a little water was a good idea too).

Now you can simply put this creamy yummy spread on a slice of wholewheat sourdough (I use the suchalisartisanbakehouse one).

For mushrooms: heat some olive oil in a pan. Put garlic and onions. Wait till they are slightly brown and add mushrooms and let it cook.

The mushrooms add so much flavour honestly. You can garnish with coriander or whatever you like!!

Enjoy and feel free to share your variations of high protein acne friendly vegan recipes in caption. Let’s help each other. ❤️❤️ 2025-09-10 17:21:59 you can judge.. 2,542 -60% 64 -27%
Day 6/30 of healing my gut and acne naturally so we start travelling again!

Cubbon park is more than just a park honestly, it has a whole world of its own. A small dog park, a section where people actually get their blankets and take a nap in nature? What?

Classical music, runs, exercise, oh what a vibe it is on a Sunday morning!

Every place I visit, my favourite thing to do is to do what the locals do. And I think this might be close to what a typical Sunday looks like?

Bangaloreans, what did I miss? Please enlighten me so I can incorporate that next Sunday 🥳

I cry when I am happy too, what to do 🥲🥹

The day after leg day is basically when I’ve decided to take a day off (like most people at the gym) and hence that day is about deep meditation and journaling.

Last I sat down with my thoughts, I couldn’t help but feel incredibly grateful for everything that happened this year. Everything that seemed devastating while I was living that time is starting to make sense now.

So what pickleball didn’t happen, we still sailed through, still showed up, still lived the day. But you know the best part? Our rest of the week is going to get better now! And this line is of course not about pickleball ❤️❤️

This set of 30 days where I am not travelling or doing outdoor adventures is really grounding me and this series is about everything I am learning, raw and unfiltered :) 2025-09-08 17:59:41 I cry.. 1,338 -79% 38 -57%
This 30 day reset is the single most ambitious project of my life after clearing CA exams haha.

It started for the single reason of healing my gut and acne, not magically but sustainably. But now, I am actually getting used to the discipline.

Yesterday, I went out to a coffee place, a restaurant and then to a bar with friends. Made mindful choices at every single place and I wasn’t guilt tripped into doing that (neither by my friends nor by myself).

Also thankful to Vietnamese cuisine and this restaurant called Phobidden Fruit to bring the authentic tasty healthy flavours of Vietnam to Bangalore!

Okay, not to digress- this series is all about showing the process. The wins, the struggles, the learnings, the messy parts EVERYTHING.

I did not want to just come show results. I wanted to show the process and take this up publicly and take you through the journey.

I still have no idea what will come out of it, but for now this process is everything to me.

I mean yes- it’s definitely outside of my comfort. Spending so much time in the kitchen focusing on nutrition, waking up early, having a routine after all these years of travelling with no routine. But chasing discomfort has thankfully become my passion, so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks for all your messages the past few days and for joining me on this journey. Hope I start travelling again with more focus towards fitness.

Till then, grateful to Bengaluru for being an amazing pitstop ❤️❤️ 2025-09-07 16:31:09 T.. 4,366 -31% 61 -30%
This time, I took the MG Astor Blockbuster out on the streets and found myself at an aerial yoga studio.

Ended the day just right—with puchkas and a hearty Bengali thali (Who knew Kolkata had SO many hidden gems!)

All in all, it turned out to be a true Blockbuster weekend 🥳

how are you all functioning on leg days? 🥲

I hate sleeping in the afternoon but after lower body strength training, I just couldn’t do anything else throughout the day.

Always always listen to your body when you are just starting out I guess!

But seriously, do leg days get better with time or you just learn to live with it? 🤦🏻‍♀️

ps- no video of this series is intended to give any sort of advise on matters like acne, but simply to share my journey of healing it internally and sustainably.

Again, not expecting magic in 30 days. But hoping to build long term habits so I can deal with it better while travelling too :) 2025-09-04 18:09:15 how are .. 2,491 -61% 37 -58%
Our acne can be mentally devastating on some days.

As much as I’d like to tell myself how we are not just a face but an entire human experience, I won’t lie it can get to you.

Like it did today. Enough for me to not step out of the house. Even though nobody might even notice it. Weird, right?

Weird how we sometimes get so consumed in insecurities that might be invisible to the world but may become our whole identity.

But learning to practice what I am preaching in this video (something I genuinely follow while travelling because I have no time to even look in the mirror lol).

Because the truth is my acne will heal, but the memories I miss by hiding won’t come back.

ps- my sister ditched me today too btw, for anyone wondering. As much as I would like her company and still secretly hoping for it one day, let me tell you- gyms are such inclusive non-judgemental spaces where people help you with postures even without asking. So yes, I am able to get myself to go alone finally 🥳

Rice paper dumpling recipe:

For the filing:
- Heat some oil (I use olive oil) in a pan and put garlic.
- Once it’s a bit brown, add vegetables of your choice (I like to add onion, cabbage, mushroom)
- You can also add tofu/paneer for protein and also to add some texture.
- Add just a little bit of soy sauce, vinegar if you want (this is optional), salt as per taste.

You are 90%done here!

- Take the rice paper, dip it into water for 3-5 seconds, take it out and allow it to settle and become soft (don’t start wrapping right away or else it might break).
- put the filing, and wrap it in the shape you desire.
- pan fry it using very little oil

And enjoyyyy (you can either make the dip yourself or use chilly oil)🤤 2025-09-03 18:23:13 Our acne .. 1,910 -70% 35 -60%
Do you also feel awkward going to the gym alone? Or is it just me? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Not sure why, but gyms have always overwhelmed me in the past. Even though I am comfortable travelling/hiking/eating alone.

So grateful to group classes though, the energy is MAD!

Ps- learning a lot of healthy+tasty recipes these days and hoping to share the recipes super soon!

Bangaloreans- pls share breakfast joint suggestions? Thanks!

Project ac-NO begins! (name courtesy: trulynomadly )
This is Day 1/30 towards our Europe goal!

In all honesty, I am not expecting magic to happen in just 30 days. But I am hoping to build a sustainable long-term habit of being mindful of movements, working out and eating clean while travelling too.

Any acne on the face is an indication of something. For me, after multiple tests I have realised it’s about my gut health. And this project is all about healing my gut to hopefully heal the acne too.

It might take 3-4 months for the acne to heal or it may even happen in 30 days but this is a start towards something. Only time will tell.

I have weekly focus areas. First week is all about being able to wake up early and workout regularly (food rules still remain the same- no dairy, no processed sugar, enough fiber+protein).

Next week will be about diving deep into nutrition!

Ps: I have already consulted all relevant doctors for this matter and this is only after one of their suggestion. Because healing has to first happen from the inside.

Pps- none of the videos in this series is meant to give any advice but to simply share my personal experience and journey.

Thank you for being with me on this journey and for all the sweet comments on the previous video. Lots of love ❤️❤️

30 days of healing my gut to heal my acne!

What should we call this project?

Back story: In the last few years, I have struggled with all sorts of skin concerns- rosacea, perioral dermatitis, hormonal acne and what not!

After multiple dermatologist visits, getting all sorts of tests done, and after being diagnosed with PCOS, we have come to realise that this needs internal healing and a major lifestyle change.

- No dairy, processed sugar.

- Wake up at 6:00 am and eventually make it to the 5:00 am club too (but even if not, 6 is also good)
- Workouts 6 days a week (mix of strength, cardio, yoga etc)

- Clean eating (balanced meal, but going to make them tasty too)

- Meditation (something I haven’t properly tried, because omg stress is a big trigger)

Till now, I have been travelling along with all the issues while treating them externally but obviously that’s not sustainable.

Moreover, this has affected my confidence on so many levels and has directly/indirectly impacted my work. (I have avoided even stepping out of the house on my worst days)

This is a super late wake up call, but better late than never, I guess?

Putting all my current travel plans on hold to get this in order first.

Now knowing me, my family suggested me to take this up as a work project- because if I take it up as that, I know I don’t have an option but to stick to it.

So, in the attempt to hold myself accountable, I am starting a series wherein I will be sharing my journey daily.

Learnings, struggles, wins- everything.

Everything is going to be real time and based on my honest experience. Hope this also helps some of you!

No idea if this will work, but at least I’ll know I tried. Wish me luck I guess!

All this so I can resume travelling super soon, this time in a more aware and mindful manner ✨✈️ 2025-08-31 15:50:41 30 days of .. 12,260 +93% 179 +104%

My favourite experience in Vietnam 🇻🇳

I have been to the country twice and pretty much seen all sides of it and this by far was the best for me personally, not just for the views but also how the entire experience was curated.

A 3-day motorbike trip that will genuinely feel like a school trip you never had. We were blessed with the best riders who took care of everything- from raincoats, to making us wear helmets like a kid lol and even regular hydration haha.

A trip where I did karaoke for the first time (safe to say that my biggest fear is singing in public, so it was a big deal for me), where I met some incredible people from all around the world and shared food/happy water with them.

A trip where I found my adopted daughter in Vietnam (story for another day). But all in all, those 3-days were just magical.

Not just the views, but how it makes you feel. Yes, your butt might hurt from all the sitting on the bike but so so worth that discomfort.

Just make sure you don’t go in a very big group. The ideal group size for this experience is 10-12 max.

Also please note- some groups also do loud parties at every stop and drink a lot on the way too (that was not the vibe I was looking for and I enquired this specifically before booking). So, be aware of the vibe you want and the one the tour operator carries.

I booked this via getyourguidecommunity and did it with honghao_hostel_motorbikes ❤️❤️ 2025-08-28 18:30:02 My favour.. 1,239 -80% 27 -69%

If you feel guilty taking breaks, Kolkata has a concept for you.

Got introduced to this on my first visit to Kolkata, and instantly knew I had to surrender to this feeling till the time I was in the city.

Fir kya! I had the most wholesome homemade meals, the sweets and experienced peak LYADH.

While that’s obviously not something you can live by each and every day, but isn’t it good to slow down on some days and truly know what it feels like to enjoy doing nothing? 💫

This book feels like a warm hug 🫂

You can literally just sit and finish it under 3 hours! Perfect for a flight/weekend read.

This specifically hit home because of how much I could relate to the protagonist. On starting over, on the importance of family (even if distant) at such moments, and finally on the journey of being able to trust yourself once again.

I am honestly not a fan of preachy books that tell you exactly what should be done. But books like these? Where you draw your own interpretations and yet they make you learn so much. It’s beautiful.

Definitely consider reading if you are re building or starting over in any way ❤️

When I was younger, I was told “don’t lift weights, you’ll look manly, who will marry you?” 🙃 And I believed it for years.

But growing up taught me that strength isn’t about looking a certain way – it’s about living life on your own terms.

I’m no expert in fitness (still can’t do a proper push-up 😅), but one thing I’ve learned is this: movement in any form is important. Strength training, yoga, running, dance – whatever works for you. Not to look “fit,” but to feel capable, independent, and alive.

And I genuinely wish more women were told this growing up. I already feel so late in this journey of strength training and introducing more movement in everyday life, but better late than never right?

So if this reminds you of a friend, a sister, or even your younger self – maybe share it with them. ❤️ 2025-08-21 18:02:16 .. 2,839 -55% 77 -12%
I’m 29, unmarried, Indian and travel solo (happily and unapologetically).

This is enough to disappoint the conventional Indian society and naturally some people ask me if it gets lonely to travel/live like that.

I might have felt lonely in a corporate party where I don’t fit in, in a group of friends where I can’t relate, in my own house at times when everyone thinks and operates differently, or even being the only one in a group chat planning details of a trip. But hardly on a solo trip.

I never thought I could even think this way. As a kid, I wanted a conventional life- get a decent job, get married, start a family kind. I was almost half way there when I got introduced to this new life that I had never visualised but am so grateful for every single day 🧿
Travel (let alone solo travel) was NEVER part of the plan.

I also come from a conservative family where travel was always a luxury, not a necessity. So, it took me a long time to even convince my parents why travel was so important.

I guess what I am trying to say is that loneliness was never about people or the lack of them. It was always about being at a place where you get the space to be yourself.

It’s amazing if you can find like-minded people to share those moments with (like I fortunately do on most of my solo trips) but even if not, just getting that space is enough for you to not feel alone.

I wish ‘that space’ was talked about more often. Not sure if I articulated this well enough, but just felt like sharing about this feeling unfiltered.

But yeah, the most liberating feeling: to stop waiting for someone (be it a partner, friends) to live the life YOU want.

It’s your responsibility to give yourself that. Not anyone else’s.

Why I travel solo 🥳

And this reel isn’t about the sunrise. Though how magical it is to watch a sunrise and a day start all by yourself and with nothing but your thoughts.

This is from an island on Maldives when I woke up super early just to catch the sunrise and it was just 2-3 of us on the entire beach, until I could see at least.
