We’ve been keeping a big secret. Thought this baby was coming July 2025, but we might be a family of 4 a little sooner 🙃

It’s been a hard road to baby #2 with two miscarriages & a failed transfer but we’re here, and this was the baby that was meant for us. I kept this one under wraps until the last second as I just couldn’t bring myself to fully believe it. I’ll share more details when I can, for now, we’re anxiously waiting.

As we step into the summer, your feed is likely flooded with fad diets, unrealistic before-and-afters, and promises of “magic” 10-minute workouts that guarantee “summer body”, “6-pack abs,” “slimmer thighs,” or to “get rid of hip dips.” 

But let’s get real—that’s not how our bodies work! Photos can be deceiving. For example, the photo on the right was taken at 10 a.m. just before filming a workout, and the one on the left was taken six hours later. 

Real, lasting results come from time, consistency, and BALANCE—not cutting out entire food groups, taking gimmicky pills or teas, or spending hours in the gym. Most of my workouts are just 35 mins (plus warmups) and can all be done from home.

⛷️ Our first ski trip with Isabella is in the books!

It definitely didn’t start out easy—she was nervous and unsure at first (honestly, I was too 😅), but with a lot of encouragement and cuddles, she found her confidence and ended up loving it! She kept asking for “more skiing!” 🥹

Christian and I basically turned into human ski lifts, taking turns holding her and chasing her around the slopes—which meant no traditional workouts for me, but trust me… it was full-on physical mom mode 💪🏼

Traveling with a toddler is a whole adventure in itself—exhausting, unpredictable, chaotic—but somehow still the most fun and rewarding thing ever.
